How can I track my order

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us by phone or chat, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order I've created?

If you wish to cancel your order let us know no later than 30 minutes after the time you submit your order by chatting with us or by sending us an email at info@therabodyonline.store. Cancellation requests received after 15 minutes are subject to our ability to reroute your order with our carrier. We are happy to attempt to reroute your order, but please know that we might not be able to do so. In this case, you will receive your order and will need to return it to us.

Can I make changes to my order?

We have a very small window of time after an order is placed to make any changes or cancellations, however, we’re always happy to assist as best we can. Should you need to make any edits to your order, please chat with us on live chat and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all countries around the world.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Once our warehouse has received your order, it’ll be processed and shipped to you within 2-3 business days. If you haven’t received your package within 4-6 business days, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at info@therabodyonline.store and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

My order never arrived, what do I do?
  1. First, verify your shipping address, to do this, locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.  If your order was marked as “delivered” please wait 48 hours – sometimes delivered packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  3. Look around the delivery location for your package.
  4. Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery like a neighbor or another household member unless you have health or safety concerns.
  5. Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive packages.

Which charging stand can I use for my Theragun device?

4th generation Theragun devices should only be charged using the power adapter or battery charger included with the device, or the following compatible charging stands:

Theragun PRO is compatible with:

  • PRO Wireless Charging Stand
  • Multi-Device Wireless Charger

Theragun Elite is compatible with:

  • Elite Wireless Charging Stand
  • Multi-Device Wireless Charger

Theragun Prime is compatible with:

  • Prime Charging Stand

Wave Roller is compatible with:

  • Multi-Device Wireless Charger

 

Please note that while the Theragun mini does not have its own charging stand, it does have a dedicated display stand with a convenient opening for its charging port. Connect the mini’s power adapter to the device while in the stand for a convenient charging experience.
All 3rd generation devices have dedicated 3rd generation charging stands, and cannot be charged using 4th generation charging stands.

Why are there different attachments ,and what do they do?

Each of our attachments is designed to treat specific areas of your body comfortably. Every attachment has a unique firmness and shape to ensure the right treatment in the right area. Our attachments are made with closed-cell foam (excluding the Supersoft) to easily glide over skin without absorbing lotions, sweat, or oils. The attachments are easy to swap out so that you can get the custom treatment you need when you need it.

Dampener– Used mostly for tender or bony areas. Perfect for overall use.

Large Ball– Used mostly for treatment of large muscle groups. Commonly used on glutes, hamstrings, and quads.

Standard Ball– Perfect for overall use on large and small muscle groups, with a firmer touch than the Dampener.

Cone– Used mostly for pinpoint muscle treatment and commonly used on smaller muscle groups, including the hands and feet.

Thumb– Used mostly for trigger points and the lower back.

Wedge– Perfect for shoulder blades and IT bands and commonly used for “scraping” and “flushing,” which help to decrease the amount of lactic acid in muscles.

Supersoft™ – An ultra-gentle option for especially sensitive or sore areas, and areas near bones or joints. Includes 1 durable base and 3 hygienic, soft foam replaceable attachments.

What is the Duo Adapter and why is it so unique?

The Duo Adapter Set allows you to use any recommended set of two Theragun attachments at once to treat more of the body with Theragun percussive therapy in half the time. With an innovative design that optimally positions both closed-cell foam attachments to contour to the different shapes and curves of the body, the Duo creates unique ways to treat specific areas, ailments, and more.

How often should I replace my attachments?

We recommend changing your device attachments every 60-90 days, depending on the amount of times they are used during treatments.

All attachments are covered by a 30 day limited warranty.

How long does it take to fully charge a 4th generation Theragun using the Multi-Device wireless charger?

Depending on the product placed on the disk, the amount of time it would take to fully charge the device may vary.

The multi-device wireless charger fully charges the Theragun PRO in 125 minutes.

The multi-device wireless charger fully charges the Theragun Elite in 110 minutes.

The multi-device wireless charger fully charges the Wave Roller in 110 minutes.

Please note: only the Theragun PRO, Theragun Elite, and Wave Roller have wireless charging capabilities. The Theragun Prime and Theragun mini cannot be used with this accessory.

How long does it take to fully charge a 4th generation Theragun using its charging stand?

If your Theragun PRO’s battery has died, the Theragun PRO Wireless Charging Stand will fully charge the battery within 125 minutes.

If your Theragun Elite’s battery has died, the Theragun Elite Wireless Charging Stand will fully charge the battery within 110 minutes.

If your Theragun Prime’s battery has died, the Theragun Prime Charging Stand will fully charge the battery within 80 minutes.

Please note that while the Theragun mini does not have its own charging stand, it does have a dedicated display stand with a convenient opening for its charging port. Connect the mini’s power adapter to the device while in the stand for a convenient charging experience.
